Genesis of Golden has great costumer service in sales and service departments. They have always taken the time to listen to what we wanted in a car and if we had any concerns or questions they are quick to answer.

The experience was easy and pressure free, I especially appreciate the lack of a "dealer fee" which is just BS language for extra dealer profit. The Genesis product is impressive and the dealer experience was was equally so. I would highly recommend Genesis of Golden and especially Lisa if you are looking for a new Genesis.

I highly recommend Genesis of Golden. If you're looking to buy a Genesis, you'll be doing yourself a huge disservice by buying anywhere else.

We had a perfect experience with Genesis of Golden. Christian, the manager, was wonderful and even gave us an hour's tutorial on how to use our car. The service manager introduced himself. Jose took us through the lease paperwork and he was wonderful as well. Lisa Stanley was wonderful. She made our experience very pleasant and she’s offered several times to come by our home and go over things again with our car. We just found the whole experience easy and comfortable, no pressure, and very helpful for us older folks who are intimidated with this electric car. Best car experience we have ever had!

While traveling cross country in our GV80 we noticed the mileage was nearing the 8000 mile mark for it's first service. We contacted Jovan who got us an appointment that minimized the disruption of our trip. Jovan met us when we arrived and the first class service began. 1) he got us a loaner car and recommended a place for breakfast 2)uppon our return told us our car was done and that it had been washed. 3) Gave us two more bottles of cold water for our trip. Jovan and the whole of the service department at Genesis of Golden are great.

I've bought my last 2 cars from the Planet/Genesis stores because of Jose here. Jose is the most upfront and honest person when it comes to what you're looking for and he takes pride in helping you get there! Just had my first oil change and recall service done. The valet service is a life changer. My valet today was Briseis, she was great, professional and right on time for pickup and delivery.

Genesis of Golden service dept knows customer service. Jovan is the rep and he is on top of it and professional, Ryan is the manager and keeps the dept running smoothly. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Facilities are being upgraded at Genesis of Golden so the inventory lot is something to be desired. Nevertheless, the sales staff was a courteous no pressure group willing to help us determine what vehicle would fit our needs. We were initially apprehensive about visiting the dealership considering the car industry's propensity for high pressure sales tactics. It's nice to see that those old sales practices are a thing of the past or may have never existed at this dealership. It was refreshing to once again just "shop" for a new car.
